2022/3/21下午四點,服務小姐態度差,一副只想趕快趕走客人的態度,或是有問題都叫我們找官網……不知道這維修中心開了幹嘛

服務人員態度很差一顆心都不想給在此說明我沒有欠他錢沒必要那個臉色兩個服務人員也沒有技術人員那還不如兩個人服務人員的薪水給一個技術人員駐點服務菲利普的客服給人的印象都不太好

來維修記得還要帶保固卡,沒有帶雖在保固期要自費,飛利浦是不是給你們買的牙刷,你上面都有編號你一查就知道了,什麼年代了客戶怎麼還會留著保固卡,你用手機的號碼也可以去查,當初客戶都有留資料,你這個就是不想保固在刁難客戶,給你們買了10幾支牙刷了,算是你們的忠實客戶,這麼大的公司服務這種態度,欺負客戶,以後不再購買。

音響play一段時間即停止、送修後就沒了下聞、過兩周打電話說在測試、隔天繳錢取回、試用後故障問題還是存在、根本沒修好,又要再拿回去檢修、之後也沒下聞、再兩周打電話問、卻說弄錯故障問題、沒零件修不了、退錢去取回。總共跑了四趟、一個月時間、卻說沒零件。請問、你們再測試什麼、免費給你們聽一個月、技術不好、就別逞專業、純萃浪費客戶時間

Sent a robot vacuum to them to fix a problem with the charger docking. Took four weeks. Testing it at home, the docking now works, but it has lost all suction, and also shuts itself down randomly as if it’s stuck on an object when it’s actually in the middle of the floor with nothing around it. Fixed one problem, created 2 new ones, rendered product useless, and took a month to do it!

This service station was located in “Tudigong temple” bus stop before (bus 281- Route Donghu to Taipei city hall). Since last year it was re-located near “Taipei City Hospital-Zhongxiao Branch (TCHU)”. Still bus 281 will reach to(TCHU).
