Leave a bunch of people waiting silly (including your Filipino nationals)
If it weren't for me, I went to the counter on the first floor and walked up to announce that I did n’t open today.
I do n’t know how many people are still waiting there silly
Please improve your attitude to work!

The service is good. You do n’t have to wait at all in the afternoon, but you do n’t know that filling out the form and scrapping your ID card are outside the gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience for applying WEG and VISA for my child. I was asked to apply WEG and pay the fee for WEG first, then I could apply VISA and pay the fee for VISA. EACH STEP was required to take the number plate, I had to line up for the number plate four times, and there is only one information counter to provide the number plate and check everyone's documents are correct and complete or not. Also there is no photocopier, if you miss some documents and have to supply, the only way is to go out to the 7-11 for copying, then come back to line up again for getting the number plate. Even everyone had been check all the documents for application at the information counter, it still takes me almost two hours to wait for applying WEG and VISA. I felt wired and unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to apply for an SRRV visa, was given incorrect instructions over the phone so I not only wasted a trip here but spent an additional two days getting the required documentation. Came back again in two days and was told the lady that processes SRRV applications took the afternoon off and they couldn’t accept my application. Nobody tried to help me reach her or offer any alternative solutions. Instead they subtly hinted it’s my fault I didn’t call ahead to make an appointment even though this was never mentioned before. Terrible working attitude and communication skills!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff said;”our documents are without address.” What does mean?without sender information ,how the staff can call us? How to make sense sending the mail without sender address? They were telling lies without sense!If they purpose detain or occupy our documents with nonsense we would call the police to help us or sue them!
