★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是不錯，但若是切小菜時，左手摸小菜時可以戴上衛生手套，會更好
每次久久不小心跑去（隔壁麵店休息,或排隊排很長）
每次點小菜，總是看到拿刀的右手戴手套
摸小菜的手反而沒戴手套
然後店家就會凹說原本切小菜是另一個人
但其實都久久不小心跑去買（因隔壁上述原因）
因是老店，新莊也住20年以上了
所以每次都是同樣情況
切小菜手套反而左右手戴相反
不是摸小菜的左手要戴上衛生手套嗎？
反而是拿刀的右手有戴
疫情嚴重，新莊111年起-5/30已經63854人確診
這左手有可能一整天下來都乾淨嗎？
看到就沒胃口，
衛生若改善
切小菜，摸小菜的左手若戴上衛生手套，
可能會較衛生
已經不是60年代
骯髒吃骯髒大（台語）
的年代了
衛生習慣若加強
會更好

提供外帶內用（無外送，內用區很居家）
牛肉麵添加酸菜（不鹹不酸味道美味正好）
牛肉部位為牛腱（5塊/筋肉剛好不會吃到整塊筋而易膩）
牛肉湯頭入味用心熬煮（清爽不過於油膩）
特製拉麵可換意麵（麵偏少可能點小份吧）
季節燙青菜寫在小黑板（燙青菜偏少）

Provide take-out for internal use (no delivery, the internal use area is very home)
Beef noodles with sauerkraut (not salty or sour tastes just right)
The beef part is beef tendon (5 pieces/tendon just won't eat the whole tendon and become greasy)
The beef soup is delicious and carefully cooked (refreshing but not too greasy)
The special ramen can be replaced with pasta (may order a small portion if the noodles are too small)
Seasonal blanched vegetables are written on the small blackboard (the blanched vegetables are less)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老店了，大滷麵依舊是招牌，拉麵條我很喜歡，服務也蠻客氣，來那麼多次。第一次點滷肉飯，出乎意外的好吃，雖然有肥肉，但不會過油，只是今天白飯有點軟爛，可惜了?整體來說，這家是平價美味的一間小吃店?

The first time I ordered braised pork rice, it was unexpectedly delicious. Although there was fat meat, it would not be too oily, but the rice was a bit soft today, which is a pity ? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local small restaurant. Staff were really friendly, food was yummy. Portions were big, the beef tomato noodles soup was really nice. Price was cheap too. Will definitely go visit again.
