One of the best beef brisket pho’s around and the grilled beef cubes are just as amazing! Definitely a must try!

I’ve tried literally 20 different Pho’s in Taiwan and this restaurant is the easily the winner. Have been here over 10 times eating in and takeout. Also has the best and most amazing ham Banh mi (bread), Tom Yum and BBQ chicken. To top it off, the owners are fantastic and provide excellent service!

I ordered rare beef pho and I really like their rare beef because it’s so tender and juicy! Furthermore, the chicken is very tasty as well. ?The service is great, too.

Tried the lemongrass bbq chicken rice plate which came with a egg roll already. The taste of comparable you what you'd find in San Jose Bay area in little Saigon. I'll have to try the pho next time. Will definitely come back. My only complaint was one of the workers/owner wasn't wearing his mask most of the time until another table came in the restaurant (it was me and another table in the late afternoon).

I've been coming here consistently once or twice a week for the last few months or do. I've even had a week where I went there three times because I couldn't get enough of my southern California style Vietnamese Pho fix. It's that good, that's why I decided to sit down and make write a review. For someone who ate Pho Hua in San Diego at least once a week for more than 8 years this restaurant find is pretty important for me. Trust me, I'm thankful for the owners for opening this place. You're doing a good job! Their Pho is not "cheap" like some places, I feel what you get in the quality of the soup in particular is more than worth it. I kept trying places but I just couldn't satisfy the itch. This restaurant's Pho is the real deal for me, the I love densely flavored bone broth that will cover all your taste buds all the way to the back of your mouth and give your taste buds a warm hug. You get what you pay for here. I'm all about C/P value and I think this place is spot on. Not to mention the very tender rare steak, tendons and all the other parts that go along with the soup. You can spend 100 or 150nt at many local places and get the same amount of food but in my opinion you will not get the same experience. 300nt for the full meat dish is absolutely justified, as long as you know what you're ordering. It's a treat myself lunch, but I always feel satisfied! Even the 260nt for the rare steak is okay if you're not quite as hungry for a lot of meat. As a customer I am very happy that Phoever is in Taipei. Thanks and see you next week. Yum yum!!! ?
