But after the wedding dress was returned, the store said that because of internal communication issues, the original quotation was incomplete and asked me to pay for the dress, and the amount was not stated in the contract, which made people feel very bad.
But the store is very positive about the whole story, and I feel the sincerity and attitude of the store. But such negligence is very serious.
