佳樂水為餘恆春半島東岸，主要海岸地形是由砂岩和珊瑚礁構成，在久經強風和海浪的侵蝕下，雕琢出各式各樣的奇岩怪石，如：蜂窩岩、海蝕平台、....等。海岸約有2.5公里長， 有交通車於其間接送(包含在門票內的服務)，走累了可以坐車，車上還有解說，有時真的要聽車上司機解說才會發現那些海邊的石頭這麼有趣。
