As an experienced Chef and restaurant owner, I have mixed feelings after eating here. On one hand, the lobster pasta special was fantastic, with juicy perfectly cooked lobster and Al Dente (QQ) pasta, and yet on the other hand, I was still eating my appetizer, when my companion got her lobster, and I received my fish after she finished the lobster and pasta. My fish was overcooked and dry, and served without anything at all and almost no seasoning. The appetizer plate was lovely and yummy with a grilled pork rib, angel hair pasta with scallops, and a crab meat cracker. Suggestions: I would make sure that all diners at one table get their main course at the same or similar time, and I would cook the fish much less and serve it with a drizzle of aioli or cilantro pesto (or anything to add flavor and fun to this dish) and serve it with a side of veggies, or organic brown rice, or quinoa salad, to make it a more balanced and nutritious meal.

The green salad here is my favorite. Risotto is good! The fries and pizza are not so good. A bit overpriced for this location. Good atmosphere to dine here.

Regardless of short dining time allowed, not so warm welcome from a waitress, this is a good restaurant with western food that achieves decent quality from a Taipei food lover’s perspective

Came to this highly recommend chain restaurant on Google in the southern part of Taiwan. People were queuing up 30 minutes before the it opens. We didn't wait long to be seated and got our order taken. Food serving was pretty fast for a packed restaurant and they were tasty. The open kitchen located in the middle of the long narrow restaurant, which is kind of in the way for guests to go to the bathroom. However, it was interesting to watch how chef's work in the open kitchen. Couple suggestions. 1. The white wait staff uniform all look pretty worn out, like the very old T-shirt you wear to paint and clean up your garage. 2. We were told while making the reservation that we have 90 minutes to dine. By the 80th minutes, there were few empty seats in the restaurant and no queue outside. The wait staff came and told us and the table next to us that our time is almost up, and please process to the cashier. Well, I just think she could've put it in a more professional way since there was no need to turn over tables.

Famous restaurant in Kenting area, yet with some room for improvement. We ordered two appetizers and two main courses, but they didn’t deliver them in order. we got one appetizer and our main course first, after finishing them for awhile we still didn’t see the other starter and have to ask the waitress. I guessed they forgot because the starter arrived later then our two main courses… Price is considerably expensive judging by the area they’re at, we ordered two starter, main courses, drinks and a dessert totals are around NTD 2600.
