Service: attentive, friendly, and accommodating, albeit a little on the slow side.
Food: Most of the dish are tasty and generously portioned, though majority of the dish were quite greasy. I absolutely loved their chicken soup - the flavor is incredibly rich and intense. Highly recommended!
Decor: low key and classy. Seats are well placed with plenty of space in between. Private rooms are very roomy. The overhead spotlights in the private room is a bit harsh on the eyes though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant for occasions. Dishes are tasty and well decorated, large portion, reasonably priced. Great to host for birthdays and celebrations. Located in the basement via stairs, but lifts are also available for pram and wheelchair access. Friendly environment for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty standard Chinese food. Presentation is... interesting. There's no reason for them to be especially proud of their soup dumplings. The hot and sour soup is neither hot nor sour nor... flavorful. If it's as expensive as it looks (went with family), I would skip it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Shanghainese/Chinese food! The loofah shrimp dumplings were so much more impressive than Din Tai Fung (and I go there *a lot*). My favorite dish of the night was definitely the beef pot - I haven't had such amazing Chinese beef pot (牛肉三寶) in a long time!
The waitresses and waiters were very professional. They're very well-trained and very natural :)
Love this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, fine decorations, and friendly staff. The food is okay and they offer multiple choices for customers; however, the service speed needs to be improved. There’s not much to criticize about, it is indeed a nice restaurant after all. They also sell handmade toast which is one of their signature products.
