★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pin-lin is a small town in the mountainous area between Taipei and I-lan county. Because of its location and climate this area is famous of tea and beautiful scenery with clean rivers and evergreen mountain paths. You may spend one or half day walking any path along river or adventure in mountains, then buy some tea to drink in your office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ping Lin and its surrounding areas are a tea plantation, and Ping Lin also has a Museum of Tea History. The whole town is spacious and peaceful, and it is suitable to spend at least half day here, to know more about tea growing and tea making, enjoy firsthand of tea drinking. Moreover, to have lunch or dinner here, to experience the warmth of local people and peace of this town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a quaint place. walking in summer can be really really hot, but to refresh you can get the local cold brew tea for 20twd at almost every shop. noodles with tea oil is worth a try, along with the various tea ice creams that are the most delicious I have ever tasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice small street, bordered with many shops and restaurants related to the local tea industry. A temple is also to be found at the end of the street. Don't miss the tea ice cream, seed oil tea noodles and tea ceremony when you are there!

It's the country of tea. The name of tea from this area is named Wenshan Baozhong Tea.
Apart from tea tasting,you could also visit here for cycling and hiking. It's perfect place for people who like nature or away from the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most famous Tea industry town around Taipei area. Over here, there's a tea museum, you can see probably every varieties of tea which product from Taiwan. Also, there's some local food restaurant around which serving very delicious food, and some of them prepared with tea. It's about 30 minutes drive from downtown Taipei city, but it may as long as 60 minutes if you go there in holiday.
