The health insurance card that has the ability to lock the people living in isolation prevents them or their family members from going to the pharmacy to buy the quick screening, but they cannot release the card after the separation and let the people or their family members buy the quick screening on their behalf! Really not the smart and high IQ of ordinary people!

疫情期間更不容易。
