This Sunday is also participating in the mountain association activities, Pingzhana Mountain in Tereng Chiayi Erwanping Mountain. These two mountains have multiple hiking trails, and we pride ourselves as climbers who naturally have to take the route of climbing Feel. The starting point is from the mountain pass near the 81.5K tap water purification plant on Alishan Highway. The entrance is completely unmarked. There are only a few cloth strips from the Mountaineering Association hanging on the tree, giving the feeling of stepping into the jungle. In fact, we climbed these two mountains along the way and did not see the mountain friends at all. Only our mountain association came to climb today. Indirectly, we can see that this route is not very popular. Even if I go to Google Map to find Erwanping Mountain, I can’t find it. Location, only Erwanping Station and Observation Deck. The route of Pingzhuna Mountain is not bad, although there are no steps, it's easy to go all the way. When we reached the top of the mountain, there was a large flat area for us to eat Chinese food. The cornerstone of the mountain top has aluminum signs respected by the Liding Xingping Mountain Friends Association of Pingtung County, so that everyone can take pictures. After finishing the Chinese meal, we will return to the original road, and then we will take a section of the industrial road after reaching the foot of the mountain. However, due to the recent rain in the mountains, the industrial roads are very muddy. I think it is more comfortable to climb the mountain. The industrial roads often have deep mud roads, and one foot is deep in them. At the same time, there are a lot of flies and mosquitoes. When you step out of the industrial road, you will encounter Laki Field. After aerial photography, it was discovered that this is actually a resource recycling field, and it is unlikely that a garbage dump will be built in such a place. At the same time, I don't know why there are always ready-mixed concrete trucks coming in and out, which is quite dangerous. For a while, I walked out to the general road and saw the sign of the Alishan Youth Activity Center, and the Erwanping Mountain Hiking Pass was a super inconspicuous place on the side of the road, even harder to find than Pingzhuna Mountain. It feels like there are some stone blocks on the side of the road. If you don't speak, no one knows that this is the starting point. Erwanping Mountain is a short but steep trip, about 900 meters long and rising 350 meters. So everyone couldn't get up. Fortunately, it was a short distance and passed. When you reach the top of the mountain, you will see a big rock falling in the woods. There is about 2 pings of space on the rock to set up the foundation stone. At the same time, the trees next to it are covered with climbing cloth strips. There was still no prospect and no sky around, and I went down the mountain after taking a quick photo. When descending the mountain, of course, it was steep. There were 4 slips on the way but no fall. The route is wet and steep. You must be very careful when walking. After shaking down to the mountain entrance, I quickly took off for aerial photography, but today's clouds are quite thick, and there are not many scenes that can be photographed. The total length of the trip is 7.1KM, and the total ascent is about 580 meters, which is considered as a climbing route for sports. However, it is not very satisfactory for me to have no view on the top of the mountain. It lacks the fun of aerial photography.

Stop at the intersection of Alishan Garbage Transfer Station (1.5 kilometers to Alishan Youth Activity Center Road Beicha Intersection), about 0.9 km to the road to the transfer station, continue to the left, you will see the forest road dirt road on the left, continue to the dirt road Walk to the trailhead (right side) for about 3km in total, climb the tree root road, and climb to the top for about 3.4km in total. (The toilet needs to go to Erwanping Station)

Ascend from the Alishan Garbage Transfer Station, about two kilometers in front is a gentle and easy-to-walk road. The grass in the back section is relatively long and some fallen trees, but it does not affect the passage. It takes about 20 minutes to climb to the top of the mountain. There is a small platform on the top of the mountain, but there are tall trees around it, and there is no exhibition. The elevation is 2022M, which is just the same as this year's New Year. It is quite special.
