★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 房東泰度非常不友善，對Agoda去的客人更差勁，我去的當天訂的是紅旅棧，給的房型卻是小粉色輕旅2樓，他的視野面對的是停車場和公廟非常不好，浴缸還會漏水，陽台還有煙蒂沒有清潔，住兩天隔天請他補毛巾和飲料跟餅乾完全不理不睬，態度極為惡劣，他裡面有10幾間房東都不同的人，可是我住的這間房東卻非常不友善，其他的房東房型應該是不錯，不要訂錯間

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次遇到包棟，兩晚快七萬，加購了漂浮早餐，時間約好也沒有準時送來，三份各別放不同的水池，因為全都是蒼蠅結果有人吃到腸胃炎，有的沒吃還被服務員認為浪費食物。服務人員只記得收走漂浮早餐，沒有整理公共環境，也沒有收垃圾，也沒問需不需要換毛巾，雖然房間環境還不錯，但CP值超低，很不值這個價錢，有點失望。服務品質覺得需加強。
