第一次給一顆星負評,和其他評論一樣也是遇到態度差的問題,已經影響我們一整天的心情 了解店家不想要客人弄髒其他空桌或去影響他人用餐品質,這些都可以理解,但用餐時沒有其他組客人一直到離開、我們也沒有挪動食物飲料拍攝。勿自行更換座位這點應註明為勿離座拍照,若這件事都不允許應該標示清楚,畢竟現在這樣的咖啡廳也很普遍,而不是一離座拍張照就被你大聲,畢竟我們的聲音及動作也都很小很輕,那樣大吼不僅嚇到客人還造成客人整個用餐時間壓迫感很重、很緊張、感覺像被監控了般很不舒服

短短的十分鐘就可以惹怒人2次的服務態度! 不知道是女店員還是老闆娘,態度真的差到爆炸! 狂擺臉色給你看!說話也超級不親切! 第一次被店家氣到最高點,直接給負評。 首先店家該時段只有我這組跟另一組客人而已,整家店加店員1人僅僅5個人,2樓空間位置也很多位置能坐,也不繁忙!當時店員安排在2樓的2人桌,想說旁邊4人桌白色那桌拍起食物會比漂亮,於是餐點上桌後,想說擺去那邊拍一下就馬上移回來,結果店員就說「安排在這桌就在這桌!不要去用到其他桌!」(我可以理解這個點,但說話態度有必要那麼差嗎,完全是用喝止的方式去說!這就算了,我移回來後,店員就馬上拿紙巾去擦那桌我剛放餐點上去的位置,這行為真的超級不禮貌的,畢盡也完全沒有水痕還是食物渣掉,如圖也只有點一盤甜點加一杯咖啡而已),整個感受就很不舒服! 原本想說就直接走了,但想說都消費了,於是想說趕快吃完簡單拍個照就走,大概5分鐘內就解決餐點了,就想說去樓梯背景那拍一下,當時也沒其他人,店員也有看到我在這拍照,還是故意突然走上來要來收拾餐點盤,但明明人都還沒離席!然後走上來後就說了一句「不要在樓梯間這裡擋路!而不是說借過一下,小心危險之類的」(但完全也沒擋到她的路,她都還是能走過,她完全不用側閃的那種,因為空間很大,且當時也沒其他客人會經過這個樓梯,所以非常不能理解,到底為什麼要遭受這種態度,沒有一個店家能像她這樣那麽白目且不耐煩的,甚至是沒一句任何尊重的話!要這樣的服務態度要不要考慮收店,還是因為只點兩樣東西只花$260元就不當客人看??然而最後結帳掏錢時才有態度好一點??完全問號耶! 個人覺得好好的講,客人都會理解,但用這種服務態度、說話方式去對待客人,真的很糟糕!
