 After I bought it, I felt that the credit card price was too expensive. I wanted to go back and change it to cash payment. Within three minutes, the clerk said that he had finished the payment. There was no way.

服務也極差不要以爲他們有比較便宜在受騙了。
極爛賣家請大家冷靜思考，不要在受騙。

其態度差到和昔日摩力科及46小鋪有得拼!
員工不怕得罪客人,感覺好像想多得罪客人後工作量少一點?
如果想要商品售後服務(特別是主機類商品)千萬別選這家店,但要便宜一次性購買則可以考慮.
The store with the worst service attitude in Taipei's underground street today~ (both male and female employees, female employees have a particularly poor attitude)
Its attitude is so bad that it can compete with the former Molico and 46 shops!
Employees are not afraid to offend guests, feel as if they want to offend more guests and then work less?
If you want product after-sales service (especially host products), don't choose this store, but you can consider it if you want a cheap one-time purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北上去逛地下街時買了片ps4的遊戲回去才發現是日版，買的過程沒說這片是日版
只有台帳就算為了打序號辦日帳，信用卡也買不了DLC，為了完整遊戲体驗只能另外重新買中文版等於花別人兩倍錢買遊戲
I bought a ps4 game when I went to the underground shopping mall in the north, only to find out that it was the Japanese version when I went back. I didn’t say it was the Japanese version during the purchase process.
Even if you only have a desk account, even if you do a daily account for the serial number, the credit card cannot buy DLC. For the complete game experience, you can only re-buy the Chinese version, which is equivalent to spending twice the money of others to buy the game.

「不想要」售後服務再去消費，
買個4代良值手第七天壞掉，女店員說只能送修，
跟我說到一半去問男店員(應該是老闆)，
老闆說店內只有黑的可以換，客人OK就好，
結果女店員直接裝死，我把老闆說的內容都重複一次，
還在假裝失聰跟失憶，除了東西便宜「一點點」以外，
店內員工完全不想服務客人，反正都是客人有問題。

來領取預購的PS5,想要換手把顏色、多要個塑膠袋擋雨，店員都沒有不耐煩的回答跟解釋。
最重要的是，我用原價+2款任選的PS5遊戲買到主機，這商家的誠信，完全值得五顆星評價。
Both clerks were expressionless, but neither were they impatient.
When I came to pick up the pre-ordered PS5, I wanted to change the color of my hands and ask for an extra plastic bag to keep out the rain. The clerk didn't answer or explain impatiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ‼️ ⚠️DO NOT SHOP HERE. 一定會被騙了。I bought the wrong product and tried to get it refunded or exchanged for something else but the female clerk refused. She said it’s my problem, not theirs, and that I thought of what I wanted. Okay.... but I still chose the wrong product. I even came back to the store within the same hour of my purchase but no, they don’t refund anything. The product hadn’t even been opened. It was still brand new.
Avoid this place at all cost!! There are like 8 other stores to choose from, so don’t go to this one. ‼️⚠️
