They did not reach out that it'd be late and had to call for over 20 minutes before I could get a hold of someone to let me know it'll be another 15 minute. Eventually driver called and received Pizza. Pizza was cold. Considering location is 5 minutes away by scooter. Pizza most likely was waiting around for extended time before being delivered.
