母親節前一天訂購,到了現場通知需要再等1個小時(現場一堆客人在預定時間都拿不到),店家應該評估自身可接受的訂單量而不是一直接單,不懂你們開放提早預訂的用意

母親節當天訂了披薩,網路訂單下訂後,按照網路時間去到現場取餐,現場一團亂就算了,還說要多等50分鐘, 回家後在又在前往取餐,不知道到底取餐要排哪裡,然後有其他客人生氣的反應說怎麼等那麼久了一直無法取餐,有店員在裡面大吼「就是做不出來」,第一線店員真的辛苦了,但如果當天已經無法生產那個產量,網路就不應該讓客人還能下訂,現場人員可以安排好一個接網路訂單一個是現場結帳。

外帶買大送大,回家車程1分鐘,回到家披薩竟然是冷的,烤雞腿也是冷的,線上訂餐刷卡付款,到現場還要再結一次帳,結完帳還要排隊報單號才能取餐,配合疫情指揮中心的群聚法則,彷彿來到史前時代,都不知道線上訂餐有什麼意義,我想最大的意義就是提早做好披薩讓它變冷,然後來讓大家群聚,重點是很難吃

母親節提早訂餐,結果沒有如預定時間取餐(訂18:50取餐,18:40到現場結帳等候),到現場結帳才被告知說要再等50分鐘!現場排滿一堆人…竟然還有人是下午三點多該取餐的都還沒做好?!也有五點多的還在等候還沒做好!!(到底哪裡出問題?應該檢討)現場已有許多人退單! 母親節結果讓現場大家火氣都很大,我們等了近30分鐘終於拿到餐點…但主餐pizza口味全錯(其中一個口味,店長有來解釋說不是我們預訂的口味,請我們同意後收下,不然就是要再繼續等)也再次確認另一個口味是我們要的,結果回家才發現都不正確,這天的消費感受很差。 1.服務人員態度不佳(聽到收銀台服務員與其他客人說不然你們退單啊!這樣的回應是對的嗎?是你們延誤出餐…而且還延誤超久。理直氣壯地告知無論多久之前預訂,就都是要等50分鐘!) 2.結帳完尚未取餐,APP卻直接顯示已取餐,已完成交易。(是為了不要增加出餐延誤率嗎?你們的已完成是讓客人在現場等30-50分鐘?) 3.聽家人描述,當天現場內場人員…有一位女生沒有戴口罩,無論有沒有疫情!做食品內場人員…都應該注重衛生一事。 4.等了很久結果主餐全錯,只有附餐正確,導致家人不吃海鮮的沒東西吃!鍋邊素食者沒有pizza可食用,用餐過程極其不愉快。 特殊節日生意好,大家都能體諒,但發生很多過程,都讓人覺得離譜,最基本的服務態度?危機處理能力?出餐作業流程?延誤出餐時間過長的不合理…預定的餐點都做不出來,還持續接受現場訂購?讓所有人都在現場等,實在讓人很難理解…
