下班去貴店點個Pizza想說當晚餐,結果裡面有個女店員,短頭髮戴眼鏡,名字兩個字的,我們好聲好氣得詢問他,然後因為貴店音樂放得很大聲,加上有透明簾擋住,那位小姐講話很小聲完全聽不清楚,我們請他再講一次然後大聲一點,結果她態度不知道在差幾點?!一臉不耐煩~不知道客人到底是欠你多少錢?如果連點個餐都這樣不情願真的不適合在服務業呢!這樣的服務態度真的有待加強?

今天點了母親節套餐819$的外帶自取 另加點巴斯克熔岩起司蛋糕&韓式乾烹唐揚雞 披薩口味是泡菜燒肉(換漢堡肉餅皮感覺餡有變少)&夏威夷 附餐薯金幣&QQ球份量多;蛋糕大家一致好評 but鹹食全部冷掉&乾烹雞沒附醬有點小失望 雖然能理解節日店家繁忙真的很辛苦 接電話的小姐姐態度也十分客氣 不過希望之後有機會再吃可以記得附乾烹醬 雖然原味也是好吃但少東西仍讓人傷心? 可惜今天不是本人取餐導致沒有再次確認品項 也自我警惕以後還是親自取餐以確認都有到齊

首先,昨天是很重要的母親節(5/8),因為很重要,所以餐點更重要;還有,請問必勝客的員工,你們會拿冷掉的披蕯為自己母親慶祝母親節嗎?! 前天(5/7)晚上,我就提早在網路上完成了餐點的預訂2大披薩及付款1259元,取餐時間選擇5/8(日)的18時05分。 昨天,為了怕披薩冷掉,我們特別提早17時50分就到基隆長庚店等待,結果我在18時08分拿到披薩,很開心的回到附近2分鐘車程的家,馬上準備大快朵頤,就怕披薩冷掉不好吃 。 結果,一吃下去,我們全家人異口同聲,竟然是冷的、冷的、冷的!!! 難怪我在店裡看到堆疊如山、多的可怕的披薩,原來都提早做起來等待,更奇怪的是,我竟然還要現場等10幾20分鐘後才能拿到,是故意欺騙顧客披薩是剛出爐的手段嗎? 再次請問披薩有誰喜歡吃冷的,花了1千2佰多大洋有誰願意吃到的是冷掉的披薩? 大芝心北海道起司海鮮、大芝心泡菜燒肉2種披薩,芝心因為冷掉,整個是硬掉而且縮小到最小,整個麵皮不僅乾硬、索然無味而且難以入口,完全沒有吃披薩應有的美味及滿足,與我們所付出的1259元代價明顯不同,如果要吃這種品質的披薩,我們不需要花大錢、還要提早預定付費,隨便買個冷凍的披薩在家中加熱都比你們必勝客強。 因為你們必勝客提供的差勁品質,將我們全家原本好好的一頓母親節晚餐澈底的毀了,真的非常可惡;為了業績,你們真的可以不顧一切瘋狂接單,選擇犧牲品質來欺騙顧客嗎!? 在這麼重要的日子,身為顧客的我們信任你們家的餐點,你們卻可以為了業績為了生意而完全不控管品質,把原本應該熱騰騰交給顧客的披蕯提早製作,然後不管三七二十一的交給不明所以的顧客,這難道是你們必勝客對待顧客的方式,唯利是圖、營利至上;至於顧客的感受,對於顧客所造成的影嚮及衝擊,完全不是你們所考慮的,是吧!? 最後,我只想再問一句,必勝客的員工乃至高階主管,你們會拿自家公司所生產『冷掉的披蕯』為自己母親慶祝母親節嗎?!還是會選擇熱騰騰且香味四溢的披蕯來與母親分享,我想一定是後者。 身為國內知名企業,甚至可說是披蕯業的龍頭,請將心比心,把社會良知、責任放在業績及營利之前,好嗎!?
