Pizza Hut should be one of those places one eats at when they want quick and cheap. This Pizza Hut wasn't quick at all. In fact I waited for over an hour to get 2 pizzas. There was one poor employee who was elected, by force, as the English patron helper. She tried very very hard to help me, even with a picture menu. Thankfully, there was a student from my school there who helped me order, in Chinese. Even after ordering in Chinese, the pizzas were not right. Things I asked to be left off because of allergies were on both pizzas and what was supposed to be chicken nuggets for my son, turn out to be fish nuggets. The management staff was rude when it came to trying to help us in English but that might be because they were teenagers. This was my first experience with this type of behavior in Taiwan. Usually everyone we encounter tries so hard to help and accommodate our lack of Chinese. The management issue aside, the food was wrong even after being ordered in Chinese. I don't think we will go here again, no matter how my day was or tired I am.
