★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天訂購嘗鮮的香菜豬血糕五更腸旺比薩，打開一看，不但看不到香菜(後來有找到數根香菜梗)，也沒有塗醬，整個白白的，大腸也小小的幾塊，跟你們宣傳上的圖片也差太大了吧，整個超極失望。
 Yesterday, I ordered an early-season cilantro pig blood cake Wugengchangwang pizza. When I opened it, not only did I not see the cilantro (later I found several stalks of cilantro), there was no sauce, the whole thing was white and the large intestine was also a few small pieces. It's too different from the pictures you advertised, I'm extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天3/27 中午11點多，想打電話先訂餐(汐止福德店)，但打了好幾通都沒人接且響了一分鐘以上，可以理解若忙不過來可以慢點接，但不是放任電話一直響而不處理吧？到了現場點餐卻告知要等３０分以上，感覺真的很差，希望貴公司能加強教育訓練或加派人手支援，以維持客戶服務品質！
Today, 3/27, it was after 11:00 noon. I wanted to call and order food first (Xizhifud Branch), but no one answered and it rang for more than a minute. Let the phone keep ringing and not deal with it? When I arrived to order food, I was told that I would have to wait for more than 30 minutes, which is really bad. I hope your company can strengthen education and training or send additional personnel to support to maintain the quality of customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service and attitude are fine. However, their products aren't real pizza, from my point of view, too many cheese and lack of tomato ketchup. Some are made with weird receipe, should I say it's Taiwan style?
