★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service at pizza pub. They are uninformed. Our server tried to pursuade us to order one of the specialty pizzas instead of letting us make our own, also said l, you should order more because you can take it away. We were told the bread rolls would take a while bexause tjey were freshly baked which is fine for us but they came in two mins stone cold. The waitress asked if we wanted thin or normal base and upon choosing thin she said our pizza cant be made into thin pizza. THEN WHY WOULD YOU ASK?
the food was bland and not worth a single cent we spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is okay but overpriced. Tiramisu was delicious but the layer of cocoa powder was way too thick which choked you a little when you eat them.
Service is decent.
It is quite disappointed to see that as an italian restaurant they don’t have legitimate espresso machine and charge their coffee for 250ntd/cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is decent - had the daily soup and pasta which is nice though on the pricey side. Service is a little stiff. I was going to order a coffee after a meal for lunch. Staff told me they stopped taking orders at 2pm - time was just 2.10pm and the kitchen was still working. What was strange - another table ordered dessert and the order was taken. I think the staff was just plain lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza Hub at Sheraton Taipei is a really nice Italian restaurant, serving a number of pasta, pizza, risotto, and more Italian cuisine. As for pizza, diners can choose between thick and thin crust. I personally prefer thin crust to thick one. Customers are also able to customise their own pizza by selecting five different toppings from the menu, including prawn, beef, pepperoni, mozzarella, and more. I especially like the seafood soup, in which shrimps, scallops, and squid can be found with strong tomato flavour! Seafood pasta is another dish I like at Pizza Hub. The staff is well trained and ready to help, but sometimes when the restaurant is packed with diners, the staff might be too busy to take care of each table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression was the ventilation was terrible, the whole restaurant smelled smoky! Unfortunate! Service was good! As for food, it was a mix. The duck spinach salad was quite delicious, light dressing, fresh spinach, good duck meat. The seafood soup was good also, generous seafood inside. However, the star, pizza was disappointing, very dry dough, not up to the standard of "napoletana".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good and the waitresses were friendly. I had to give 1 star because our pizza took more than an hour to come out. Worst part, one of us also got a stomachache from the cheese. Probably bad or old.
