Worst worst couldn’t be worse experience with this recruiter company, unable to deliver the requirement and not explaining the procedure in a transparent way, be really careful when you want to sign the document. No allowing you have enough time to read through it and unable to explain the position professionally. DO not trust this recruiter

I had the worst experience with a recruiter here. From the beginning, I was never asked what I was looking for in a job. I was only told that a company was interested in me and was reassured that it was a “good opportunity.” Similar pressure techniques used at recruiting firms in the States like Robert Half Legal. Before the interview with their client, I asked multiple times for more information about the employer. They didn’t even have a job description for me. They kept telling me to research on my own- which I always do anyway- but they literally told me nothing else. However they kept calling every day to make sure my resume was perfect and to ensure that I was going to be there for the interview. I went on the interview, got the offer, but rejected it. Afterwards, I told them the reason for passing the offer was personal- they tried to make me feel bad for making that decision and wanted to know “exactly when” I changed my mind. I also didn’t like the employer’s interview process - typical Taiwanese style where they read your resume front to back, make sure you went to a school with a good name and then finally talk to the live person sitting across from them. It turns out that they had sent several candidates to this employer before, and had plenty of information about the job, the work culture, and the founders (who interviewed me). When I gave them feedback about how ill-prepared I felt for the interview, and suggested that they could have shared more information with me, they tried to put the blame back on me by telling me that the candidate should always research the employer anyway. I quickly hung up. I won’t be working with this recruiting firm in the future, no matter how good the offer sounds.
