第一次感受到比蘋果還尊榮且完整的維修服務
手機送過去時我沒有外盒
回來後除了贈送一個最新外盒外還貼上了螢幕保護膜和背膜，還用乾淨完美吻合的塑膠袋包裹再裝入紅色防撞泡棉袋！真的非常用心
且全程都是原廠派人收件送件，我人都不用去現場，超棒！
經過這次體驗我再也不會出去外面私營店家維修了??

And the whole process is sent by the original factory to collect and send the package, I don't need to go to the scene, it's great!

但是整個服務體驗算是還不錯的
受理人員態度親切專業
產品的後台管理也蠻厲害的
雖然產品送修之後決定不維修
但是還是有妥善的保護

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本的八德路光華維修站關閉了，現在換地點到這裡。比起八德路這裡 相對 比較好停車，勉強可以找到一個機車車位。
只要拿出合理的購買證明，也是在合理的保固範圍內，Sony在維修跟換貨服務上一直都沒讓我失望過。
The original Bade Road Guanghua maintenance station was closed, and now it is here. Compared with Bade Road, it is relatively easy to park here, and you can barely find a locomotive parking space.
As long as I have a reasonable proof of purchase, and within a reasonable warranty, Sony has never let me down in repair and replacement services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是Sony電視的老客戶，從民國七十幾年以來，非Sony不買，連送人禮物都買Sony，最近購買Bravia是105年，沒有想到111.4.15就出現疊影及跳動，經連絡客服中心後到家查看，不到一分鐘即告知面板壞掉，要換面板！隨即收了三百元就離開，隔天早上很快就報價近一萬六千元（可抵已收的三百元），當下整個儍眼，衷情於公司貨就是看好有售後服務，從頭到尾都告知維修不划算，直接換新比較好，頓時整個儍眼！隔天我就到全國買了Panasonic。
I am an old customer of Sony TVs. Since the 70s of the Republic of China, I have not bought non-Sony TVs. I have even bought Sony TVs as gifts. The most recent purchase of Bravia is 105 years. After the center, I went to check it at home, and in less than a minute, the panel was told that the panel was broken and the panel had to be replaced! Immediately after receiving 300 yuan, I left. The next morning, I quickly quoted nearly 16,000 yuan (which is equivalent to the 300 yuan already received). I was completely dumbfounded at the moment. At the end, I was told that the repair is not cost-effective, and it is better to replace it with a new one, and I was dumbfounded! The next day I went across the country to buy a Panasonic.
