Chloe is definitely one of the best hair designer in store. Me and my husband come here every two months with wonderful hair style. Strongly recommend to come here to make you a cool hair!!!

As always every time I had relaxing time, this weekend, I’m having good time with Junior, who I’ve been following his absolutely expertise for the past >5 years, and for my first time with Leo, who also provided very dedicated skills. Highly recommended if you by any chance stopping by or want to try for your very first time experience. Getting a PLUUS to your normal life is always a joy.

New found salon via Google and bloggers. Pluus No.5 staff are professional and warm. Though out my nearly 6 hours of cut/perm/dye and NA hair treatment, they took good care of me. Head stylist Axon and assistance Jupit had done a great job on analyzing my hair condition and my needs. The environment is bright and clean, even got a small outdoor smoking. It's a plus, for killing long waiting time. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm really happy with my new hair.

It's a beautiful salon here, staff here are very warm and bubbly. I've been here on a monthly basis because I love my stylist, Maggie. A very professional stylist who expertise in providing hair style suggestions and services according to your face features, dress-up styles and personality. I have to say it's hard to switch to another stylist after you have Maggie.

First time here at this salon because of the good comments on several blogs. Environment is spacious, modern, and clean. Staff are friendly and skillful. Axon is the salon manager and my stylist this time, he is very detail in explaining and achieving the color I wished for. Good work!

The most amazing experience ever! Firstly, the staff were all so kind and catering with cheerful attitudes all around. They also offer great advise on your requested hair style and colours. As well as tips on how to style you new hair afterwards. The work ethic is admirable as they seemed to treat each other with respect and assisted eachother when needed. Secondly, they coloured and cut my hair to perfection. Absolutely love the colour (ash grey blonde) and long bob cut, its exactly what I wanted (something new and different). Lastly, Bill (the stylist) is wonderful to talk to and so patient. Highly recommend this place and will defiantly come back!

Honestly the best haircut experience I've ever had! The hospitality can be a little bit overwhelming at first, but the everyone there were all really friendly and approachable, so it was easy for me to settle in after a few minutes. The service was great! They even offered me an iPad to watch movies or shows, which I thought was pretty cool. I wanted a natural perm and a light ashy brown for my hair. I showed a picture to my stylist, Miffy. She was very accommodating to my requests, but also honest about what can be done realistically, which I appreciate. The process was 5hrs long, but both Miffy and her assistant (Leo) were really nice and easy to talk to. We chatted throughout the entire process, and time passes faster when there’s good company. Both of them were very professional and caring. They even offered their contact info in case I have any questions about haircare or how to style my hair afterwards. The colour and curls turned out really nice, and I’ve never been so happy about how awesome and healthy my hair looks. The store is known for their repair and hair care. It may be slightly pricey, but it’s totally worth it!! I could really see the difference in the quality of my hair even days after (and after I washed my hair as well). Highly HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to have great looking hair :) And ask for Miffy and Leo, they’re honestly the best ❤️

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by 10 people. They were very friendly and able to take me for an appointment at short notice. The guy that washed my hair gave me the best head massage ever... I'm also happy with my haircut. Prices are reasonable. I will be coming back again when I'm in Taipei.
