遠從雲林跑到高雄改音響+裝防盜器 音響本身沒問題 防盜器倒是問題一堆,用不到10次就沒反應 有考量到可能是車子本身問題 因此就近先回認識的修車廠檢查了六角鎖 但沒有發現異常,也沒有更換東西 因此修車廠要我們回破盤王檢查,是否為防盜器主機異常 避免喪失自身權益 回破盤王後老闆說可能是室內保險絲或是模組故障 然後問是否有換六角鎖? 最後建議我們可以花個幾千元 讓他把主要防盜器會用的線另外遷出來 但無法保證其他線路是否會依序故障 他只能保證防盜器正常 想想行車的安全問題還是很重要 我不可能只為了一個防盜器無視其他,治標不治本 當然最後我還是回修車廠,把保險絲跟時控模組問題解決了 目前防盜器已可以正常使用 [ 附圖是中間跟搞不清楚狀況的櫃檯小姐的對話 ] —質疑我不是回去原廠,覺得非原廠技師技術不好 難道自己技術最好?咬定這點想做什麼? —你們無法幫我解決車子安全問題 只想顧好防盜器線路另外小賺一筆, 所以我禮貌性到外面修車廠修理了, 現在被你們怨懟不找你們處理,因為不信任你們? —省不省錢沒有比安全重要,你一直跟我強調省錢 總之雞同鴨講,你們沒有考慮過顧客的思維 重點網路上回應的不是破盤王老闆本人也不是技師 惱羞成怒的回覆擺上來相信大家看得到 店家技術、售後處理好不好,自由心證 總之我是不會再去了?

到店家詢問,櫃檯一副沒有要做生意的樣子,說安裝要等,問了等多久,說要等一陣子,重覆問了四五次一樣的問題,才說要等兩小時 師父技術好不好我不知道,但個人感覺櫃檯的服務態度不是讓人很舒服。
