★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有好幾次維修好的機器，拿回來使用後就又出同樣的問題，而且每次去維修還要告知損壞原因，結果還收檢測費，那我還付檢測費不是白付的，店員還說你看醫生的時候不會說病因嗎？問題是你會讓醫生每次都全身檢查嗎？不一樣的狀況亂舉例就算了，還一付自己多正確一樣（剛走進去的那位女員工）真懷疑專業到底在哪裡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴公司接電話的總機小姐服務態度超爛，而且對客戶說話方式很不尊重。之前陸續跟他們家拿過canon黑色碳粉匣台組一支要價1500，本人也從沒殺價老實付錢，當初印表機也是跟他們家買的，印表機設定老是跑掉，只小小要求派人來弄好，同在前金區不到一公里，小姐開口就要收300檢測費，之前叫都沒有收。然後就說本人很久沒叫他們家的貨了...嘿!印表機不是向你們家買的嗎?搭波牌A4印表紙也都整箱整箱叫你們家的，還有叫了好幾年1500碳粉匣...什麼叫很久沒叫你們家的貨了!貴公司做生意有必要對熟客戶這麼勢利嗎?!
