★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡跟知名健身房比雖然不大，但是設備也是很完善的，環境也不錯都保持的很乾淨，所以這半年多來我在此運動也成功減脂了近4%，這都要歸功於我的好教練jason，我覺得他真的是很好的教練，會針對每個學員所需要的給予指導，喜歡重訓的朋友們，或者還在猶豫的捧友，千萬不要錯過這個認真又優質的好教練喔!!
Although it is not much compared with well-known gyms, the equipment is perfect, and the environment is good and kept very clean. So in the past six months or so, I have successfully reduced fat by nearly 4% in this exercise. This is all due to me. Good coach Jason, I think he is really a good coach. He will give guidance to each student. Friends who like retraining, or friends who are still hesitating, don’t miss this serious and high-quality one. Good coach!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an American in Kaohsiung visiting my wife's family for several months. I researched a whole bunch of gyms and this gym was the best! The facilities are clean, theres plenty of weightlifting equipment including barbells, dumbbells, and machines. There are tons of cardio equipment and classes too. One of the employees was great about helping me select a plan for my stay and spoke great English. They sell 1 day passes and batches of tickets that don't expire. You can give the ticket to a friend or family member for entry too. Highly recommend this gym.
