前一個客戶問事情也不協助叫客人自己再去櫃上找
掃完條碼的商品也不乾脆直接給客戶又丟去另一籃
讓客人邊拿錢還要邊拿自己東西 非常浪費時間
且結帳時說要扣會員點數 該員工一臉不耐煩的樣子
請問多按個折扣鍵很勞煩您嗎?
不知道現在內部考核變得這麼EZ完全不比以前嚴謹
若該員工不開心就還是別站收銀台影響客戶
好好去68去盤點去MQC吧
整間店除了面膜區其他排面都亂七八糟的
強烈建議總店可以多派些人去看看多誇張!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先前購買的商品印象有標價疑慮,今天去買東西順便查看,的確有價差,2樓服務人員第一時間查證,沒有質疑顧客看錯或是檔期時間已過之類的回應,很令人安心。而且1樓結帳人員更細心的檢查到另一商品當時有檔期活動而電腦標價誤植,很認真的員工們!
