★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/4/5 晚間約九點半左右在店內消費
挑選商品時,因為貨架上商品過度陳列且未配置任何防止商品掉落的隔板或措施,導致貨架上層的商品非常容易因為客戶不小心碰到而摔落破裂。
當時不小心碰到一個塑膠製的商品,從上層貨架掉落,摔出了裂痕。
第一時間立刻將商品拿至櫃檯給服務人員,並告知發現的情況。
「因為貨架上的商品放得太滿了,我在放隔壁商品的時候這個跟著掉下來,看起來摔壞了,如果有需要賠償這個我可以賠。」
店員:「那你要現在結嗎。」
「好,那你們是不是要去看一下,貨架東西放太滿了,可能要放置個隔板之類的,才不會讓客戶挑選時很容易掉下來,跟陷阱一樣。」
店員:「嗯我們晚點再去處理。」
現場三個店員彷彿我現在在找麻煩一樣完全沒要處理後續,也沒人要跟我去看貨架的陳列情形。
接下來就是結帳的流程,店員有非常貼心的問我有沒有需要會員跟載具。
結完帳我說「這個可以順便幫我丟掉,謝謝。」
店員:「好那這個就直接幫你丟掉囉。」
「請問你們有可以聯絡總公司的客服電話嗎?」
三位店員討論了一下,拿了廣告DM背面的客服電話讓我拍照。
或許是因為鄰近打烊時間,看得出來三位店員都在忙著下班。
感受得到根本沒有人要處理這件事情。
最後我還是挑選完我要買的商品之後就結帳離開。
至始至終沒聽到任何一句不好意思或任何對此事件有要處理的相關回答。
我只能慶幸我碰到掉落的東西是$55元而不是$550或$5500元。
我只能慶幸我碰到掉落的東西是塑膠罐而不是玻璃罐,旁邊也不是剛好有小朋友被波及受傷。
我只能慶幸台灣不是只有一家連鎖賣場,服務人員也不是只有這三位。
陳列SOP及客訴處理完全不及格。
$55元是小錢,心情也是小事,會認真寫一篇建議只是希望就算您們覺得自己只是在連鎖賣場工作的服務人員,也請敬業把工作內容做好。

When selecting products, because the products on the shelves are over-displayed and there are no partitions or measures to prevent the products from falling, the products on the upper layers of the shelves are very easy to fall and break when customers accidentally touch them.
At that time, I accidentally bumped into a plastic product, which fell from the upper shelf and cracked.
Take the goods to the counter immediately to the service staff as soon as possible and inform them of the findings.
"Because the goods on the shelf are too full, this one fell off when I put the goods next door, and it seemed to be broken. If I need to compensate for this, I can pay for it."
Clerk: "Then do you want to close now."
"Okay, do you want to check it out. The shelves are too full. You may need to place a partition or the like so that customers will not fall off easily when they choose, just like a trap."
Clerk: "Well, we will deal with it later."
The three shop assistants at the scene seemed to be looking for trouble and didn't have to deal with the follow-up at all, and no one wanted to follow me to see the display on the shelves.
The next step is the checkout process. The clerk asked me very intimately if I need members and vehicles.
After the checkout, I said, "This can be thrown away for me by the way, thank you."
Clerk: "Okay, then just throw this away for you."
"Do you have a customer service number to contact the head office?"
The three shop assistants discussed it and took the customer service phone number on the back of the ad DM and asked me to take a photo.
Perhaps because of the close closing time, it can be seen that all three shop assistants are busy getting off work.
I feel that no one has to deal with this matter at all.
In the end, I will check out and leave after choosing the products I want to buy.
From the beginning to the end, I didn't hear any embarrassment or any related answers to this incident.
I can only be thankful that the thing I dropped was $55 instead of $550 or $5500.
I can only be grateful that the thing I came across was a plastic jar instead of a glass jar, and it didn't happen that a child was injured nearby.
I can only rejoice that there is not only one chain store in Taiwan, and there are not only these three service staff.
The display of SOP and customer complaints were completely failed.
$55 is a small amount of money, and the mood is also a trivial matter. I will write a suggestion seriously. I just hope that even if you think you are just a service staff working in a chain store, please do your work well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 消費集點貼紙兌換商品制度有問題,DM上面明明寫著活動期間2021年的8月26號到11月30號換購至12/14號止
11/29號拿著點數貼紙去櫃檯兌換居然被告知說想要兌換的商品已經無法兌換也不會在出貨(重點是期限還沒到居然就不出貨了)又不是消費幾十塊有一枚貼紙是消費$150才一枚貼紙,好不容易集到15枚貼紙兌換免費商品卻換不到,明明兌換的期限都還沒有到就沒有貨
兌換商品制度很不行,應該要在兌換期限內讓消費者可以用預購的方式兌換到商品才對,心情上有一種被詐騙的感覺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's small compared to other locations, but this area it is normal to have small versions of any store. Great variety of goods and is like any other Poya, is very clean and lots of workers if you need help.
