先說~我很喜歡在寶雅買東西,買到我的app會員是金色的介面了.....楠梓這家開了之後超開心,會定期光顧,商場空見大貨品齊全,要什麼都有,唯一的問題就是收銀人員,幾乎每次去買,結帳人員都是掛實習生的牌子。 實習生並沒有不好,他們只是不熟悉,但最近很多次我都因為實習生的不懂/不會,而有不好的服務體驗。 直接說今天的,我結完帳跟實習生說,我在寶雅網路商城買的東西要在這家門市取貨,我已收到到貨簡訊,而且是五天前貨就到了。 對方:請給我手機三碼,(查詢後),你的貨還沒到喔,這裡查沒有。 我:我有收到到貨簡訊,你們這裡是楠梓店沒錯吧? 對方:沒錯,但這邊查就是沒有喔(很堅定的樣子) 我:但我有收到簡訊,他說就是到楠梓店了,而且好幾天前就到貨了(查簡訊給對方看) 對方:但這邊沒有你的貨 (是在鬼打牆嗎???) 我:麻煩請你們再確認一下 此時實習生才看向旁邊的店長(應該是店長,因為之前結帳實習生不會用也是叫他出來),很膽怯的問店長 店長很快速講了甚麼我沒聽到,反正實習生就轉向櫃檯後方找了一下,然後就找到我的貨了 所以你們到底是怎麼查我的貨的?是要用電腦查?還是不用?都沒有SOP嗎? 諸此之類的情況也發生滿多次的,每次都是不同的實習生幫我結帳,有不會儲值振興券的、商品結錯數量、商品結帳金額結錯(這個我也是覺得很奇怪,是我有對價格的習慣才發現金額不對!)等等,前面這些我都想說算了,新人總要歷練,不過這次的新人差點讓我拿不了貨,就覺得感覺真的不太OK.... 結帳台本來就很容易遇到各種狀況,如果在這邊的服務員很多狀況都無法處理,都需要請主管出來的話,麻煩訓練好在出來好嗎? 如果公司有活動,也希望服務員能清楚活動,不然每次問個問題都要一直叫主管出來,也是覺得滿無言的.... 以上是我每次在貴店結帳,幾乎都是遇到實習生,每次都會遇到一些小狀況的心得分享。

The store manager said something very quickly. I didn’t hear it. Anyway, the intern turned to the back of the counter and looked for it, and then he found my goods. So how exactly do you check my goods? Is it to be checked on a computer? Still not used? Are there no SOPs? This kind of situation has happened many times, and each time a different intern helped me check out. There are some products that will not be stored value promotion coupons, the number of goods is wrong, and the amount of goods is wrong (this is also the case for me. It feels very strange that I found out that the amount was wrong because I had the habit of the price!) Wait, I just want to forget about the previous things, newcomers always have to experience, but this time the newcomer almost made me unable to get the goods, so I feel that it feels real Not too ok.... The checkout counter is easy to encounter various situations. If the waiters here are unable to handle many situations and need to ask the supervisor to come out, can you please come out after the trouble of training? If the company has activities, I also hope that the waiter can be clear about the activities. Otherwise, I will always ask the supervisor to come out every time I ask a question, and I feel completely speechless... 寶雅的東西蠻齊全的,很好買、也蠻好逛的。 不過最近到寶雅挑選保養品時,發現會有推銷員不斷的想要推銷商品,去了幾次都是如此;已事先表明自己慢慢逛、慢慢看即可,仍不斷的拿出商品想要推銷,甚至直接塗抹,說質地如何、感覺如何等等。自己本身喜歡慢慢看、挑選自己喜歡的,有推銷員在旁邊不斷的推銷產品,非常有壓力,也不能好好選擇自己喜歡的商品。

這裡真的什麼都有, 裡面一二樓的賣場真的超大, 什麼產品,什麼價格, 什麼規格都有, 認真逛起來60分鐘都有可能, 這裡應該是楠梓最大 的個人用品賣場了, 結帳小姐態度不錯, 以後會常去光顧的。
