★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛爆了，大公司小作為，宅配司機竟然說只送到一樓，沒送到府，我網購時確實載明送貨到府，他卻叫我要自己搬上4樓，我打去客服問，他們回我這不是他們黑貓宅急便司機，我打給司機問他是哪一家公司，他竟回我金星物流。他們在交互掩護什麼嘛？統一企業真的要好好管管了，別把招牌玷污了。
 It was so bad. The big company did little work. The home delivery driver said that it was only delivered to the first floor, but not delivered to the house. When I shopped online, it was stated to be delivered to the house, but he told me to move to the 4th floor by myself. I called customer service. Asked, they returned me this is not their Black Cat TA-Q-BIN driver. I called the driver and asked him which company he was, and he actually returned to Venus Logistics. What are they covering? Uni-President really needs to take good care of it, and don't tarnish its signs.
