明明貨品已寄出，寄件人還是可以憑收執聯自行至集貨地將貨品取回，也不須先經過收件人同意，甚至寄件進度還顯示已寄送抵達？絲毫不考慮寄、收件人是否有達成約定、是否有消費協定！規模這麼大的物流公司居然有這樣的漏洞，收件人的權益在哪裡？
