再來，我們有點“微冰”、“少冰”飲料，拿到飲料時，“微冰”飲料沒有冰塊，我們可以體諒，因為路程關係會導致這樣狀況。但是“少冰”飲料一顆冰塊都沒有。
本人不了解你們工作的辛勞，所以再這裡道歉，也辛苦當班的上班人員。但也絕對不會再訂購鮮茶道的任何一家分店的飲料。
並且，再次謝謝鮮茶道的指教，本人是個沒有禮貌的客人。
