以前的熊貓珍奶是真的很好喝，白玉珍珠好吃，茶香也重，結果現在竟然改成加黑糖，茶味完全喝不到，不能改甜度結果甜的要死，白玉珍珠也改成超難吃的寒天，不三不四，令人髮指

第一次買伯爵紅茶一分糖完全去冰，好喝

店員親切，茶味清香，鮮爽度高沒有太多苦澀感，好喝！

店員態度不佳，只因為不太會點就擺臉色，找一下錢包的零錢用了十幾秒的時間而已卻一直翻白眼，很不愉悅的經驗，待改善。

Personally, the Kenting Iced Tea was my favorite. I ended up ordering it now as my go-to tea whenever there's a chance to go to this Presotea place. It's the refreshing tropical fruit-based tea with chewy, sweet coconut jellies and chiaseeds. You can opt for no ice or no sugar, or choose how sweet, how much ice you prefer to add into your drink. They'll take NT$15 off per bottle when bringing in your own Presotea XL-size bottles to order from their available XL teas off of their current menu. If you don't have their XL-size bottle, you can order any of their XL-size drinks that come with their Presotea XL-size bottles to be reused next time around in order to get the discount. Otherwise, the rest of the selections of the Presotea's XL drinks I've tried so far has yet to particularly stand out from the other tea-branded franchise chains that I had stumbled upon around the Yilan County. One other odd take away from this Presotea shop is that they'll still give you single-use plastic bubble tea straws with your drinks. Hasn't it been banned for use at many venues by the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), which created a huge problem in the ocean and for the marine animals? Kudos for accepting JKO Pay or LINE Pay at this Presotea Shop by scanning their store's JKO Pay or LINE Pay QR Code and then entering in the grand total amount of the cost. It's a plus to have this contactless payment method amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic crisis. It's another plus for this Presotea store in Yilan to provide an uniform invoice, which not every tea shop spread out around Yilan County will do that. Albeit, they still print out the traditional long-strip uniform invoice, which you have to physically keep and then match up the posted invoice lottery numbers later on upon the government's next upcoming bi-monthly round of the lottery drawings of the uniform invoice numbers. An upgrade to the current cloud-based e-invoice version would have been much more environmentally friendlier and hassle-free to simply let the cloud-based e-invoice system automatically check and notify for the winning e-invoice lottery numbers on the consumers' behalf. Also, if any, it'll even wire the winnings via direct deposit. Hope this Presotea store location will further consider these above suggested points and begin doing these right things asap.
