★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有一陣子我經常去鮮茶道榮總店買綠茶，原本以為只有一家而已，有一次到嘉義又看到一家才知道鮮茶道有很多分店，去年的冬天因為我很喜歡喝綠茶，每天早上一定要喝一杯所以因為自己的上班時間早，要買一杯綠茶找不到那麼早開的茶店，後來發現鮮茶道早上的鐵門是半開放，我就向她們買買看真好鮮茶道的阿美，竟然願意先幫我做綠茶這一點讓我非常感恩，因為這樣對我來說非常順利，而這樣對我來說願意在還沒開店的情形下先幫我做綠茶我是非常感謝的，鮮茶道高雄榮總店通常不管夏天還是冬天，生意都是非常好而且還有外送服務所以夏天難免有時候會須要等待一下。

我說：我要三杯茶，玉露………。
還沒有說完店員就急著打斷說：三杯玉露嗎？冰塊甜度？
我只好笑笑：重來好了，我要一杯玉露…（陸續點完）。
此感受不佳，建議店員店長訓練員工結帳時可以多加強接待用語，如：不好意思我沒有聽清楚可以再說一次嗎？跟您確定一下是三杯玉露對嗎？
當下只有我一位客人無排隊，應毋須如此。
