★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually when I think of cheese potato, I think of grated/melted cheese oozing out of the potato. This was very different to what I thought it was going to be. The potato itself was quite tasty - with an interesting outer layer. But the cheese was crazy.. they have a giant container/bucket-like thing in which they have all the melted cheese... and they just dunk it on there.. intense!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is literally the most delicious thing I've tasted while being on vacation in Taiwan. It's like a loaded baked potato on steroids and better. I managed to stumble across the one in Shilin Night Market first and the flavors were fantastic not to mention all of the delicious cheese (I ordered the club).
The next day I ended up at the Ximending Night Market and happened to stumble across the 2nd location. I wasn't even hungry because I had just eaten not too long before that, but all day I was walking around thinking if I ever come across that potato place again, I'm gonna buy one again. So I just HAD to buy another one (the club again), it's just that good.
The outer later of the potato is nice and crunchy (especially if you eat it right away) and the inner portion is soft and the cheese is gooey and mixed well with all of the other flavors. I HIGHLY recommend.
