第一.規定很多，不夠透明，導致要看家人很麻煩，像極了監獄
第二.家人其實進去後飲食不正常，可是我聽到兩種說法，極力想放他們在養老院的親戚說過很好都有吃；實則我親自打電話只願意喝牛奶
第三.該中心主任不夠公正客觀，質疑我們的意圖，什麼見證人，其他人才是真正在照顧家人的人，如果可以我希望不管是任何人都做理解。我們因為家人完全被誤解！
謝謝裡面的照護人員真的是細心。
