★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務真的是有待加強，有時間聊天沒時間幫消費者調整列印設定，如果要消費者自行調整，好歹也提供電腦給消費者吧，有些消費者就是有急件需求才會前來；另外，專業度也麻煩再增加，只是一般文件列印也設定半天，單純紙張沒有從letter切換成A4也可以卡半天…

If consumers are required to adjust by themselves, somehow they should also provide computers to consumers. Some consumers will come only when they have urgent needs; in addition, Professionalism is also troublesome to increase, but general document printing is also set for half a day, and simple paper can be stuck for half a day without switching from letter to A4...
