人資工作內容包含:人員出勤管理,了解人員”實際”出勤狀況。 明明出勤異常知道卻不願了解人員出勤狀況。 丟幾句上個月的事現在才說。 (看到薪資明細才知道出勤異常,也是馬上就找你處理。) 我都處理你們的事就好? (那身為人資工作之一不處理誰處理?) 輕視人員態度又極差,該做好自我情緒管理。?? 所以做了一天白工。
