結果昨天早上例行性的晨間運動，本來無法金雞獨立的動作（原來是左搖右擺），結果站的跟其他老友一樣，跨腳蹲本來要扶地才下得去，現在一次到位（不過我們還是希望老爸不要這樣，畢竟快80了），讓所有的朋友都嚇了一跳。晚上聽他分享，看他笑的超開心的，這一切都值得了
