不知道在忙什麼,找不到設計師,每個人都來問一次你要做什麼項目,跟設計師用line預約心酸的,洗完頭梳完頭被晾幾分鐘,都不知道是誰要服務?有點問號,叫我坐的位置也沒清,地上還一堆頭髮,感覺真的很差,因為還有錢儲值在這,不然不會想再來了。

這次是給設計師Miko 做燙染漂護,從進去到結束都很親切,因為我本身對耳圈染沒什麼想法,不斷地對顏色部分猶豫不絕,但Miko 都很詳盡的跟我做介紹。漂髮的部分也是,為了不讓我擔心髮質的問題,在選護髮方案的時候完全不會只推薦最高價的,會依照髮質、需求去跟你討論跟選擇,價格也會跟客人說明清楚再開始,才不會結束後多了不明的金額。過程中每一個步驟都會親自跟我說明,不會讓我完全不知道現在是在做什麼,還會關心會不會不舒服,整個過程都非常滿意,真的很謝謝Miko ~推推Miko 設計師~

前幾天在哀居看到廣告就約了漂染 設計師是找MIKO 坐好位子之後先談了價格 漂染868 加漂500 隔離200燙貼500 洗剪480 確定好價格後開始施作 設計師也拍了before的照片 過程中設計師的確一直會跟你聊天 絲毫不會無聊 甚至不會覺得自己坐了很久 燙漂染都做完後 到了剪髮的時間 前面有先詢問過我是不是髮型要留跟來的時候是一樣的 只是髮長簡短 我回答對 原本去的時候抓的髮型是側梳 在開始剪髮時 設計師先跟我確認了右邊長度 我說可以 他說那就照這個長度下去剪了 結果呢?剪成整顆頭同樣長度 瀏海直接變平瀏海 這是剛來的髮型嗎? 再來 又燙又漂又染又剪 等的時間原本就比較久 一間髮廊不知道該提供個茶水嗎? 就算只是白開水 一定要問了才有⋯這點真的不太接受 疫情嚴重 但你們位子也隔很開 也不是沒有客人帶飲料進去喝 跟疫情應該也扯不上邊 然後就是我覺得最扯的 設計師在施作前拍了before 理當是為了施作後拍after的樣子做成對比吧 哈囉 頭髮剪壞真的剪的有夠醜 設計師直接不拍了(?不可能是想留之前在別的地方染的照片而已吧 就算自己把客人髮型剪壞 也不要表現那麼明顯 雖然很多人會說美醜每個人標準不一 但前面已經先說好跟來的髮型一樣 只需要剪短一點 跟來的髮型完全不一樣就算了 剪一個根本不適合客人的頭 我本身髮質自然捲剪平瀏海(? 整個瀏海跟炸彈炸過一樣 剪壞了 甚至設計師也不想拍照作對比這些都不打緊 剪髮的收費照樣收 重點是這位設計師學生的洗剪價格是400學生單剪價格250 我漂染燙原本就含洗髮了 剪完頭髮也沒有再多洗一次 這樣還算洗剪的價格?而且還不是照學生洗剪價格算 過程中還一直說會給學生優惠什麼的 雖然是不缺這幾毛錢 但感覺真的不夠誠實 還有 我真的沒看過洗剪是洗完頭髮吹乾後剪的 乾髮剪傷剪刀應該是一個設計師應該都會知道的事吧! 然後乾髮很容易隨便亂飛 帶著口罩頭髮一直飛到口罩裡 我真的以為我來到什麼100元快剪欸 今天是做完頭髮後第6天了 第三天後才開始洗髮 用的都是護色洗髮精 褪色褪超快就算了 還褪超醜 真的是只會來一次的店?

Worst hair experience ever. Last year when I was there, my hair was super damaged from bleaching and colouring (it was a pinky rose gold) to begin with. I wanted to get a colour touch up using colour shampoo. When I get there, I tell the girl that I wanted to use pink shampoo, to make my hair more vibrant. I had the same shampoo used on me previously when I went there, and was happy with the results. When she sat me down, she told me not to use that shampoo because she had to ‘mix the colours’, and it would be an inconvenience to her. So I just opted for a regular wash instead, because I was a little tight on time and I didn’t want to be ‘that customer’. The second time I went there to give them a second chance because I live in the hotel right above from them. When I asked to get my hair washed, they didn’t use colour safe shampoo. They didn’t tell me until after everything was done, that I needed to tell them specifically myself, that I wanted colour safe shampoo to be used. They were also really rough with my hair when they were brushing it, to the point that I could feel my hair being ripped out. They hadn’t conditioned it and brushed my hair extremely roughly. My hair actually felt like it lost some volume. Tl;dr, don’t come here expecting them to handle your hair with tlc. Or any care at all.
