Boss is very friendly and patient in explaining and telling me more about the procedures and the pets. It was a very comfortable and assuring experience. As we know the insecurity of buying online stuffs without seeing the item, I have never feel so with this boss. Now my pet had landed safely in Singapore and serving his quarantine. Thanks to the boss, he is really passionate about his job! Will definitely patrol again for my no. 2 and recommend to friends around me?
