身為上班族， 我非常可以同理不想延誤下班的心情， 但是基本禮貌是跟客人說， 「不好意思， 今天較晚我下次再幫你精油按摩， 手部護理也下次好嗎？」而不是完全不告知客人， 直接跳過。
不按照 aveda 的流程(SOP)， 為什麼收費跟 aveda一樣？憑什麼服務項目表也打著aveda 的標題？
重點來了，我去了兩次，兩次都一樣.
想說去一次不準，說不定那天忘記或什麼的， 但是第二次去 Rita 設計師也沒改進。
