★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果貴公司的員工訓練是請結帳人員敲敲收銀台螢幕要顧客自己看價格，將商品跟零錢用丟的，那是否考慮乾脆不要雇用員工來擔任結帳人員，可以設置結帳自動化機台讓顧客自行結帳，不僅可免除消費感受問題，也可避免商品因丟擲而破損的疑慮，不需要特別發薪資請糟糕的員工來協助結帳。讓顧客飽受一肚子氣，還能避免顧客結帳後離開可能被揍的情形出現！
