住家附近的全聯福利中心,購買飲料及零食很方便,有限定的特價品可選擇,偶爾去逛還會不小心搬很多東西回家(笑)。

這家全聯商品的擺置算是容易找的,歸納也算清楚。但是這家由於通道不算大,常常與補貨的員工會無法錯身,而奇怪的是有幾個員工不會讓步給客人,彷彿他補貨最大。這是最近服務業最令人感到失望的一點,與客人正面相對走來,不會側身讓步給客人過。而且這一家在營業時間補貨,可能是因為接近打烊,貨櫃架前堆滿箱子,有些根本無法看到裡面放的東西或者標價,但是箱子又重到無法移開,是需要改善之處。附近有三家較近的全聯,比較起來,義華路的員工比較友善,會主動告知活動,協助客人買到最優惠的商品,陽明路的可能因為比較多人也比較少去,沒有特別的感覺,褒揚路這一家大部份就是急著趕快接完帳把客人送出去就好,然後員工也蠻常在走道聊天,旁若無人般,客人經過也不會避諱,員工彼此感情不錯,但對客人的親切度就普通

今天早上去全聯採買東西,服務人員很有效率,像咖啡機渣滿了,即使在忙也立馬更換,尤其是短髮戴眼鏡的女生,我一個禮拜至少去3次,每次去只要是她結帳都特別快而且只要買即期鮮食一定會提醒盡快使用,或者看到客人操作機台有不懂的會主動幫助客人,機靈又有效率,這是自從開店以來我遇過服務最好的員工了!
