★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/15晚上一名年輕劉姓男店員站櫃檯, 該店員隨手拿起我放結帳檯上幾瓶純喫茶和牛奶中的一瓶牛奶, 用牛奶隨便把其他飲料在檯上劃拉, 結帳完隨手扔進放結帳物品的購物籃裡, 態度非常隨便. 且因他隨意劃拉讓本來好好立放在檯上的飲料全倒得亂七八糟, 導致每一瓶飲料瓶身上沾滿了沙塵, 回家後還要全部沖過水擦乾才能放冰箱.

On 5/25, I invited foreign friends to buy coffee. A young male waiter at the counter had a bad service attitude and yelled at the friend. Is it because he was busy with work or in a bad mood, he could yell at the customer? The family went to the store manager and complained about it. The reply will ask the store manager to investigate and report the disposal status and there is no such thing as a super poor store.
