★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛透了，昨天買了432元店員也沒說公仔沒了，剛跑去問店員，居然跟我說我們這分店送完了，活動不是到4/14截止嗎？送完了不會向總公司提出申請嗎？還叫我去別家分店自己去問，應該要幫顧客問才對吧，怎麽叫顧客自己問呢？別家分店就會給嗎？如果結帳時都沒告知或沒送公仔，那是不是就……，那顧客的權利呢？
It sucks. I bought it for 432 yuan yesterday and the clerk didn't say that the doll was gone. I just ran to ask the clerk, and actually told me that our branch was sold out. Isn't the event until 4/14? Will the application be submitted to the head office after delivery? He also told me to go to another branch to ask for it myself. I should ask the customer for help, right? How can I ask the customer to ask for it? Will other branches give it? If there is no notification or doll delivered at the checkout, is that just..., what about the customer's rights?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想特別說一下商品標價的問題，有時候架上價錢完全不準，有活動(原價買一送一，第二件五折…）也不是第一時間就標示清楚，望能多加改善。
I would like to talk about the issue of product price. Sometimes the price on the shelf is completely inaccurate, and there are activities (buy one get one free at the original price, 50% off the second item...) that is not clearly marked at the first time, I hope it can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天來鹽埔的全聯購物，就在剛剛，在結帳時，本人在掏零錢，店員卻催促對本人說好了嗎？等很久了，請問是有多久，是可以這樣催客人的嗎？有等1分鐘嗎？還是5分鐘嗎？要不要來調監視器來看，什麼態度，那以後我排隊等很久，等幾秒鐘，是不是也可以催促結快一點，是要讓客人等多久，是不是，我本人又要裝袋又要找零錢，店員就只會掃條碼，也不會幫忙裝袋，還只會催促客人，在那裡工作是可以用這種態度對待客人嗎？請問一下！
