來看了一下,原來不止我覺得服物員有問題,這裡就發表一下,今日4/10本土確診四百多例,準備到我結帳時一個老頭子插隊,我都已經講插隊了,店員還讓他先結,重點來了,老頭子沒待口罩............,店員還是讓他結帳..........我們怕被傳染,所以換到另一道排隊,排了很久,結完帳時突然聽到:請支援收銀~~~~頓時覺得現在是哪招~~~~無言,看來4.2星是N年前的衝起來的吧!

今天6/2號約9:40幾分結帳櫃檯,最旁邊靠近咖啡機一個男服務人員,買一整車的東西,把東西拿到檯面就花了一些時間,導致結清商品沒辦法馬上放袋,檯面上堆積很多商品放不下還不小心掉出檯面,裝袋整個過程男服務人員都沒有主動要幫忙,掃完條碼就站在那看著我裝袋給錢,態度口氣任何一點都沒有服務人員基本因有的素質,也不會說謝謝,只能說這種服務態度參差不齊的人員在教育訓練上要更嚴實,不然大家都受罪,買個東西還要被甩態會氣死?。
