★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have 3 counters, but only 1 is open, there is 9 people queued in a line. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting they open another line, but take people from half way through the line to the new counter. Very rude to the people near the front of the existing line that have waited so long.
The existing line is held up with customer trying to do something staff don't know how to do, instead of tell that person to wait and serve other people another 8 minutes pass, total is 18 minutes waiting, people behind me are already served by other counter.
No end in site, so put my item on the counter and walk out. 18 minutes and not served at 10:30am on a weekday.
Service is not good.
