★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在民生店預訂年菜，拿取貨單到店取貨卻叫我們到中山店取，中山店又說要去員林員集店取貨，預訂年菜要跑三家全聯才拿得到東西，真的是很爛很誇張！
完全不符合全聯「服務貼心、用心」的理念。
I ordered the New Year's dishes at Minsheng Store, took the pick-up slip and went to the store to pick up the goods, but they told us to pick them up at the Zhongshan store. The Zhongshan store said that they would go to the Yuanlin Yuanji store to pick up the food. To book the New Year's dishes, I had to go to three Quanlian to get the things, really It's bad and exaggerated!
It is completely inconsistent with the concept of "intimate service and attentiveness" of Quanlian.

還有希望在店內固定的地方放DM讓顧客可以翻閱
