★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/4/24 我和奶奶一起去全聯買日常用品，結帳時，我奶奶想把一罐家庭號的糙米漿分開結，那個名字有一個怡字，女性，身材圓潤的店員口氣差的跟什麼一樣，由於我奶奶年紀大行動緩慢，拿錢難免會有些慢，而那名店員的態度真的不是一般差，看起來十分不耐煩，當場都想跟她講你的態度真的不用那麼差，我們是來結帳不是來還債的，我不會說服務業就是顧客至上，講話就是要和藹可親，但那種不耐煩，口氣極差的態度真的讓我們不愉快，跟朋友抱怨過，也說遇到同個店員，態度也是如此，希望你們可以改善，此次不愉快的購物體驗真的不想再有第二次。
